Friends and Family Test

This questionnaire is for patients to complete after their appointments with the clinicians to let us know how we did. You can complete the questionnaire online or you can find these on the benches in the surgery.

As well as the clinicians, you can also let us know how our reception, administration, secretarial and management teams are doing.

The surgery reviews all the questionnaires monthly and discusses ways to provide better services, should this be the case, or inform staff of comments that have come through about their performance.

Thank you to all who have completed forms in the past and please keep completing them as we are always striving to make the patient experience the best it can be.

Complaints

This practice follows the NHS complaints procedure when dealing with complaints. A copy of our practice complaints procedure is available at reception.

You may comment on the service direct to the practice manager, Doug Riley or assistant practice manager, Angela Blowers (in his absence) who will follow up any concerns appropriately.
