Patient Participation Group
Would you like your say about the services provided at Victoria Road Surgery?
If you would, please complete our online registration form.
Members meet every two months to discuss surgery issues. The meetings are held on a Tuesday evening between 18:00-20:00. Alternatively, if you do not want to attend meetings, information can be sent to you via email and feedback is requested.
The main purpose of the group is to involve patients in the running of the surgery so that patient opinions are aired and taken into account when planning improvements to primary care in the community. The role of the group is to bring these opinions to the attention of the surgery and to help in planning to improve services.
Members of the group will be pleased to receive comments or suggestions from patients. Alternatively, there is a patient suggestion box in the waiting room or patients can always speak to the practice manager directly.
Our current members are:
- Mrs Pat Rayner (Chairperson)
- Mr Robert Hempstead (Vice Chairman)
- Mr Christopher Meades
- Mrs Carolyn Cook
